Rick Birarda has over 25 years of significant strategic recruitment and organization and executive development experience. This includes projects in executive search, management assessment and development, operations review, organization redesign, human resource planning, and management development and employee counseling. Since 1985, he has been a Managing Partner with the JSG Group, which specializes in assessing and recruiting senior executives, management teams, and supporting staff for established companies and start-ups. Rick has personally conducted over 200 searches.

Nancy Birarda is a seasoned Account Executive and Senior Manager with twenty years experience in senior marketing, account management and business development roles in the energy sector. In addition to being a Director of JSG Group since 1985, she is a Partner of JSG Group and also manages the Utility, Engineering and Technical Search Services. Given her corporate experience and technical background, Nancy brings an understanding of corporate culture and the unique challenges our clients face. |
