Since 1985, he has been a Managing Partner with the JSG Group, which specializes in assessing and recruiting senior executives, management teams, and supporting staff for established companies and start-ups. Dr. Elsayed has over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, including 11 years in senior executive roles with Ontario Power Generation Inc (OPG).
